Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards and partner with CareCredit financing that, if approved, allows you to pay for your endodontic treatment over time, to help fit your needs. We deliver exceptional care and, in most cases, only see our patients once – therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered. As a courtesy, our office staff will take the time to contact your insurance company and provide you with the estimated out-of-pocket expense of your treatment ahead of time.
This is purely an estimate based on information provided by your insurance company and can not be confirmed until your dental claim has been processed. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Monthly statements will be sent for any balances due once your insurance claim has been processed. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks and you will be notified by your insurance company of any payment/non-payment. Your prompt remittance is appreciated and monthly payments MUST be received to keep your account in good standing.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
